I decided to see if I could try an old hard drive in my new laptop, but when I opened it up I was disappointed with what I saw. HP is using a new quick swap hard drive caddie system which requires an extra purchase of a caddie with the special plug in order to install it. Sigh, oh well I will have to come up with another idea, or fork out the money. I need to be cheep right now so I will likely find another solution, somehow.
